Points to Confirm Before Quotation
Use the same project inputs when comparing configurations from different suppliers.
Application and viewing
Review how Outdoor Stadium Perimeter LED Display will be viewed in sports venues, perimeter advertising and audience information. Confirm the closest and regular viewing distances before selecting pitch and total resolution.
Screen and structure
Provide the active screen width and height, mounting position, support conditions and the required service access. Whole-module or whole-cabinet arrangement should be checked before production.
Content and control
List the planned content sources, source resolution, live-camera use, playback method and remote-management requirements so the processing and control scope can be reviewed.
Delivery boundary
Confirm whether the quotation covers display hardware only or also includes control equipment, spare parts, packing, transport, structure, installation and commissioning.
Site conditions
The published reference is intended for outdoor conditions. Temperature, moisture, daylight, ventilation, power and local construction conditions should still be confirmed for the actual site.
Inspection and records
Agree on the available production, operation, aging, packing and delivery records before the order enters production.
